Bill Klouse Receives Washington Music Educator's Award

The Mountain Region of the Washington Music Educator’s Association recently presented Bill with the 2024 Friend of Music Award. Bill currently is serving as conductor of the South Puget Sound New Horizons Band among other “retirement” interests. Bill has served the music education profession and the community for over 40 years.
